Appoints AlphaInnotech for 2D Gel Software

Gains Worldwide through exclusive distribution agreement

- (August 2003) Imaxia
Corporation appointed Alpha Innotech Corporation (AIC) as
worldwide distributor for GelFox, an advanced software tool
for analyzing 2D Gel Electrophoresis. AIC plans to market
GelFox two ways: as part of their systems for 2D Gel analysis,
and also as a stand-alone software product under the name of a-GelFox.
Tony Hu, president of Imaxia, expressed
delight at the strategic alliance with AIC.
