Imaxia was
founded in Oct. 2001 by experienced Silicon Valley engineers
and entrepreneurs to address needs in the bioinformatics field.
Core technologies are new-generation software algorithms that
solve problems at biotech research and development labs worldwide.
The first product relieve delays and tedium in analysis of 2D
Gel images widely used in Proteomics and Electrophoresis, critical
in pharmaceutical development. Imaxia is located in a Silicon
Valley. The founders of Imaxia are individuals with complementary
experiences and highly ranked track records. There is expectation
that top luminaries from the biomedical industry who can fill
out the management team will join Imaxia once the technology
is shown. Potential investors are also invited to nominate qualified
